Let’s recreate an easier time…

I thought I’d try something a little different for today’s look. I think after spending hours listening to Grizzly Bear, I started craving casual, lightweight pieces that would feel airy against my skin. I’ve had my eye on cropped pants since I saw the Boy by Band of Outsiders spring collection this year, and decided to finally invest in a pair when I found these for an amazing deal ($24) at H&M. What I ended up with was a pretty neutral palette (a far cry from my usually NEED for color), but I like it. Check it out:

Blending into nature

Il ne faut jamais écouter les fleurs.

I love structured blouses and impractical heels.

Every day should be ended with a good read.

Shoe details. Love wedged heels - you can get the height without sacrificing comfort. Plus my lazy butt adores the zip up feature!

Hat detail shot

I wear my Anthro bracelets all the time, but how could I resist?

I paired it with my Eugenia Kim hat from Target (a collection that deserves a whole post in itself, which you can expect soon!), an old Gap blouse, a white bow, DB wedged shoes, an Anthro bracelet, and peacock cuff from Urban Outfitters.

What do you think about the cropped pant look? How are you liking the way I wore it? And how are you liking these beautiful pictures by Kanoa Utler? Let me know!
