I thought I’d post what I wore this last Saturday to show you a simple, comfortable outfit for the weekend. I think people often get the impression that being fashionable means 1. a lot of effort, and 2. being uncomfortable. Untrue! I find my most flattering, successful outfits are the ones I didn’t “try too hard” on.
(Yes, I always read in front of the house, why do you ask? 
). Haha, so maybe this picture is a little “staged,” but I wanted to get the point across about how cozy it is. I’m wearing a super soft mocha houndstooth Ann Taylor sweater that used to be my mom’s, Urban Outfitter’s faux brown leather jacket, dark washed jeans, and my much loved moccasins. Adding a leather jacket to anything instantly makes it look that much more chic, and these jeans are a good wash for anyone. Add a touch of red lipstick and some curls, and you’re set! Enjoy!

Definitely! These are 7 For All Mankind in their Mercer wash (perhaps slightly faded now). I got these one’s off of Zappos.com.
