My boots from DSW (sold out!) arrived a few days ago and I haven’t wasted any time breaking them in. I love the way a good boot can make you feel: grounded, empowered, chic, adventurous. To find a perfect pair for yourself this fall, look for calve height or higher. They have a beautiful way of elongating your legs, adding structure and making just about any outfit look well put together. I’m particularly a fan of a lace-up boot – much more slimming than a pull-on for sure (but don’t get me wrong, I’m on the lookout for a riding boot next; sometimes comfort beats style in my world lol).

I am too…especially when it comes to boots. Most of the ones I love are designer and therefore out of my budget. That’s why I was so happy I found these!

Those look great on you! I had been coveting a pair of combat boots for a loooooong time now but last weekend I finally found them

I love the new lace up trend. It’s definitely hot this Fall. I have to say I like them with knee high or over the knee socks for a little sexier look. They would also look great with black, plain stockings and a mini skirt.
