I love the look but the Mod Cloth dress is a different style. I’m not a huge fan of the high neck – I’d prefer a hint of cleavage. Not sure how I’d like the high-collared dress with the belt either. I do love the accessories you found though!

I LOVE THIS LOOK!!! I like how “carrie”‘s dress has the ruffly petticoat underneath. I love love love it! I cant wait for spring and summer so I can start wearing dresses! I’ll keep my eyes open for a pattern like this.
