When I pick a celebrity for each Saturday’s dress for less, I usually chose actresses whose work I love and whose style has been iconic in my eyes. Sometimes, though, I have a look in mind that I want to feature, and I search high and low for a good celebrity example of it. In this case, I was searching for a high-waisted, full skirt look, and came upon Amber Heard. It was pretty hard finding an outfit that I actually liked featuring this type of skirt, and her’s just stood out to me by being both classy and trendy. While I’ve never seen anything Amber has been in, I researched out her bio a little bit and it looks like her career is about to bloom. The River Why and The Rum Diary both look like interesting films about finding one’s self, and Amber plays a significant role in both of these movies. But back to fashion, take a look at the outfit she wore to Jason Wu’s spring preview:

I love how she paired this look with bright red lips, chandelier earrings, and a retro up-do to give it some personality.
