One of the best ways to add interest to an outfit is by incorporating a scarf into the mix. But, it’s easy to get into a “scarf rut” and wear it the same way of simply wrapping it around your neck every day. The following are a few different ways for women and men to wear these accent pieces:

Ladies:

The European Loop (my personal favorite)

Begin by folding your scarf in half

Wrap the loop around your neck...

...and pull the loose ends through the loop

Pull tightly until it sits nicely against your neck.

The Fake Knot

Drape both ends around your neck

Tie a knot in one of the ends

Pull the other loose end through the knot

Pull ends down until they are level

The Hollywood Knot

Tie the ends together into a knot

Level the ends making sure they overlap each other

The Stock Tie

Wrap the scarf once around your neck. Taking the two loose ends, tie them together in a knot. This creates a double layering around your neck.

Mens Scarf 2

Simply loop the scarf around your neck, letting it fall underneath your jacket collar. Get creative with your scarves to transform a boring look into a chic one. Enjoy!
