Zac Posen, an amazing American designer, will be releasing an affordable line with Target on April 25th! Check out a few of my favorite looks from his collection:
I definitely have my eye on that yellow raincoat, black dress, and braided belt! You can find Posen’s collection either online or in stores.
I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with Target’s designer lineup for their Go International and Designer divisions. Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, Rodarte, and soon to appear Jean Paul Gaultier are just a few of the amazing designers they’ve convinced to make clothing the average American can afford. While they have not all been the most impressive pieces, I’ve enjoyed the ability to own a few pieces from their collections.

None of the GO International lines really impressed me until the recent Rodarte. Ever since then they have been on my radar and I am officially smitten. Can’t wait to see what this Zac Posen collection brings.

I agree. A lot of the stuff ends up looking cheap or not very stylish. Ugh, I actually really liked the Anna Sui collection though, and totally missed it. I hope this one is pretty good; while I’m not a huge fan of the outfits, I do like some of the individual pieces so far!

I have one dress from the Jovovich/Hawk collection and it is one of my favorite dresses. I bought it super on sale (for like $10) it’s white, fluttery and feminine, with a 40’s feel to it. It’s so pretty I never want to wear it as I’m afraid to ruin it!

i love the tuxedo look and the yellow raincoat….i am so glad you have this blog because if you didn’t…i wouldn’t know this…i am so in love with fashion…i design now and i am learning how to sew.. thanks so much
