Amanda may be a newcomer to the modeling world, but she clearly isn’t new to fashion. Danish born, she has a classic European look to her fair complexion and sharply defined facial features. What I love about her personal style is the mix of high and low fashion, tough girl meets fashionista, and simple color palate that anyone can pull off.
What makes this outfit work is the balance between pieces: her shorts are at a flattering length (I would guess a 3″ inseam) and are slightly high waisted; her coat is structured and falls just below her shorts’ hem; her socks hit the middle of her lower leg – anything even slightly lower than this can cut the leg off at an odd place making you look stubby.
