Keeping to my ethnic roots, Germany is up next on our street style adventure. My grandma on my Mom’s side was an Altenbach, and her great-grandfather (born in France but of German decent) came to settle in Ohio in the mid 1800s. My sister had the privilege of visiting Berlin for her German class in high school, and I remember being enamored by the beautiful architect, interesting food, and intricate steins she brought back. I’ll admit I was pretty impressed. I’ve never heard of Germany really being a “hot spot” for fashion, so I wasn’t sure what I’d find. But I actually am quite drawn to it!

Being from German dissent, I am particularly drawn to these pictures. My favorite is the one with the beige trench coat and rope belt. I also love what she is wearing on her head. I really enjoy seeing what people are wearing from around the world. Keep giving us more, Maria!
